security wise and make recommendation to United Nations, International
Community, Global Civil Society Organizations and President Muhammadu Buhari
for global assisted action to end the organized crime coordinated by
indiscipline Public Officers in the Military and Security Agencies of Nigeria.
• Boko Haram Leader was
arrested by the Military and handed over to Nigeria Police Force in Borno State,
an indiscipline Public Officer of Nigeria Police Force killed the leader of
Boko Haram to prevent him from naming sponsors that armed the sect. How was
this indiscipline Police Officer discipline in line with the rule of law on
murder of suspect in police custody need to be re-visited by the President
Muhammadu Buhari and International Community.
